Cheel was established in 1974 by Mr.Dalpat Singh as a resource for students and the community of Jodhpur (Rajasthan), India.After 3 issues Dr.Mahendra Patwa joined as sub editor and thereafter he is regularly published this fortnightly. It is still edited and published by Dr. Mahendra Patwa and his wife, Mrs. Chanchal Patwa, from their office above PANCAEA Homeopathic Clinic, Sojati Gate, JODHPUR - 342001 - India (Phone: + 91-0291-2632520-21); the fortnightly journal is printed by Manak Offset Printers MGH Road, Jodhpur. The main object is to provide a platform to the student who can write something what they think or facing. We have more then 300 students's correspondent in diffrent Schools and Colleges all over the world.We provide them trainning of writing skills.
